Rebuilding Perennial Losers

The goal for every team across the NHL is to find consistent success. A Stanley Cup every year isn't possible, and while that is always the goal, sustained playoff runs is the realistic benchmark. However, some teams are just the opposite. The Buffalo Sabres and the Arizona Coyotes have missed the playoffs six and five years in a row respectively. We take over each of these teams and make the changes we believe necessary to find success.
